Registration for each class/tour/event will open up on the website about 30 days BEFORE the class/tour/event (email subscribers will be notified via email). We find this shorter time window allows people have a better idea of their schedule and commitments.
Details:
Tickets are $225 per person. Handouts/resources, refreshments and a pair of our favorite harvesting snips are included.
Choose appropriate footwear/clothing. This is a working farm, with farm animals and I can almost guarantee you WILL get chicken poop on your shoes. Rubber boots are a great option. ;) Also, it’s mid summer and it’s HOT, so dress for the weather!
Mobility considerations. Since this a working production farm (not a botanical garden or park with paved pathways), the terrain is varied and uneven. There are possible tripping hazards and not all areas can be accessed easily by persons with limited mobility. There are no benches or places to rest during the walking tour, so this class is not recommended for individuals that cannot walk/stand for 1-2 hours.
Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t make it, it’s your responsibility find someone else to take your place… or consider your ticket price as a donation to our farm.
In case of severe weather, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. Students will be notified via email ASAP. If the class cannot be rescheduled, we will offer refunds.
“Three Acre Farm is an absolute delight and Lori does not disappoint. I've used her online resources for sometime now and have enjoyed following her growing journey via weekly email updates (if you don't follow her already, DO IT! Her updates are perfectly inspirational and all around good for the soul!).
Upon receiving info on her class, I jumped at the opportunity. What Lori and her family have created on the farm is magical. Her former teacher self shining through, she is well organized, full of resources, and extremely knowledgeable while remaining very humble.” -Morgan
"Lori so generously shared her knowledge and passion for cultivating beauty. I left the farm feeling deeply renewed and ready to pursue my (growing) cut flower passion project." - Emile
