All items are created specially for you, then carefully packed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner. While these products don't ship directly from us, we've selected them with the same care and quality you expect from our farm.

We recommend allowing at least 14 days for shipping around the holiday season. Some items ship and arrive more quickly than others.

    • Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of estimated delivery date

    • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt

    Important Policies

    • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days

    • We do not accept returns of sealed goods (including face masks) for health/hygiene reasons

    • Size exchanges and returns for buyer's remorse are handled at our discretion

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

    Address Issues

    • Incorrect/insufficient addresses will result in returned shipments

    • Customer is responsible for reshipment costs if address correction is needed

    • Unclaimed packages will be returned to our facility

    • Reshipment costs for unclaimed packages are customer's responsibility
